Yellow Dust Storms, known as Hwang Sa or Yellow Wind in Korean, blown off the Gobi desert in China hammer the peninsula a couple times each spring.
At 400 level, the young and ederly are not to go outside. At 800, schools are closed and all outside events are to be cancelled. This chart shows a level of 1632!
